Delivery & Returns Policy

Our policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014).

Your items will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Please bear in mind we dispatch Monday to Friday) and then once posted, will be delivered through the Royal Mail. You have the option of Standard Delivery (up to 3 days) or Recorded Delivery (next day).

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to clearly marked as to who is returning the items, including all original order details.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Whilst the original postage costs are refunded, you are responsible for the return postage costs. Any returns that do not have adequate postage attached, will be subject to the appropriate deduction in any refund.
